Outside no noise to speak of but indoors very uncomfortable situation for about two years. The upstairs unit is constant banging on the ceiling every night that the young children are home and running around. I understand there is no way to control it but we have had enough. We now know that apartment living is not for us.

The location is great, the units and grounds are nice. Staff is less than helpful and maintenance has gone down hill since I moved in two years ago.

The staff is sending out completed maintenance notices that have not been addressed (gutters). This is going to be a real problem, if it is not done. Gutters are so full that it looks like a mountain waterfall.
