Solid quiet space

The apartments are well kept, maintenance works hard although sometimes it takes time for resolution. I love my apartment, I love the location, quiet but still close enough to everything including several grocery stores. The pool was demolished right before July 4th which was a surprise. Communication with the new management company isn't great but it's improving.

Solid choice

Theres a lot of space and the laundry in unit is fantastic. The maintenance isnt always speedy but they always take care of issues. The rent increases arent ideal but ive bene here for four years and will relocate just to change cities.

Great place

This is a good place to live if you’re looking to live comfortably and save money. The parking situation will certainly not blow you away, as we offen have too many cars for the spots and people either park in other lots or outside the lines. We additionally have seen nails painted over and marks on the walls when we moved in, with bubbled paint, but the maintenance man is wonderful ti work with and is a joy to see, so we certainlg dont mind reaching out to him for questions and repairs (all of which he does professionally and with great respect to our privacy and property).

Brighton Place

I’ve lived at Brighton Place for over a year and have smoked it. There are a lot of amenities, the townhomes are really nice and updated. I think it’s a great value for what you’re paying.
