I love living here, it is absolutely the best. The staff is amazing and very helpful, the amenities are top notch, and the pool stays open until 11pm what else can you ask for....a theater and yes they have that too!!!

I've lived here just 6 months, but I'm happy with the choice I made to rent at the Falls. The location is good in that it is close to everything I need (including family who live in a nearby neighborhood) and shopping, recreation, dining, groceries are all so accessible. Rt. 675 and I-75 are close which makes travel easy. The apartment complex is quiet, dog-friendly, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently. The rental center staff are friendly and available, and I appreciate how ready they are to help and to answer questions.

My wife and I have been here for over one year. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Our apartment is very nice and has good amenities for the cost. We really enjoy our attached Garage so our automobiles are parked inside and out of the weather. The maintenance staff are responsive and do good work. All around we do like residing at this apartment complex.
