The main issue is the maintenance service. After submitting a request, it often takes over 1–2 months for anyone to respond or come to fix the problem. This delay is very inconvenient and frustrating. I hope the management can improve the response time and provide more timely maintenance support.

This place is very clean. Everything is nice, fixed, looks good. Very nice people around. The area is great of course. Really can't get much better. The price is up there, but it's not unreasonable for what you get. In my opinion, get a carport. The parking lot is insanely small and good luck getting a spot.
