for the amount it costs to live here, go elsewhere. theres so little parking weve had to park blocks away and walk home multiple times even though lease states you get one spot at least on blacktop Marizelas response was "dont come home late and there would be parking" if you park along the grass they leave a threatening note saying if theres no available parking you MUST PAY FOR A GARAGE, which she also told us has a history of having shelving units inside the garage fall on cars. the noise level from neighbors is insane and its adults not children or animals. theres one washing unit for 8 apartments its not full sized and requires 4 total dollars with the HOPE the dryer works the first time. snow and ice isnt taken care of until half way through the day, maintnance actually does a decent job but insay decent because you can tell they give him zero allowance to actually fix things since everythings been done half way, just enough to work. i have proof of all and more.

It's ok.

Finding a place to park is tough sometimes.And getting charged extra for water in February is crazy.Washer is always broke.Other then that it's great,very spacious and love the fireplace.

Overall, it has been great living here. There needs to be updates in the common areas, and sometimes they smell and need taken care of more than they are. I also think there isn't enough parking. There have been multiple times where I can't find a parking spot at all.

Feels like home

After my husband passed away 2 years ago I knew i couldn't take care of our house. I knew I needed to get an apartment. I found HOME. Best neighbors so thoughtful and considerate. Best management. No worries. I come home and can enjoy life.
