House is great. 4bdr/3bath with a 2 car garage, really can't be the value. Staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to maintenance needs. Quiet neighborhood, staff is respectful of everyone and addresses issues so that nothing gets out of hand. As a long time resident I feel everyone is treated fair. If I had to "find" an issue, I just wish the house had a bit more storage.
