A lot of work. Nobody answers. Takes forever to have severe damage assessed

Parking is okay. Maintenance is okay. Location is convenient and nice. Near police station and fire station and lake Anna

Love living here and I love the neighborhood and people here ! Nice and quiet and that staff always answers emails

The building maintenance is lacking. But the correspondence is always good.

Lived here 10 years. Location is great - I can walk everywhere I need to go. Bus is handy. Building is old and was built to be a department store, not an apartment building. Things - like heat and a/c - don't always work well. When I moved in in 2013, this was an "over 55" building. The current owners seem to have dispensed with thqt and it is now just a regular rental - rents much higher. Some tenants had to leave. I can just barely afford to live here. Mostly, a friendly building.

My intercom system has been broken for at least 3 months. I spoke to the guy when I signed my new lease about this problem. He said the system was out in the whole facility because the building was struck by lightning. Then I spoke to several other residents who said their system works fine, feel like I was Miss led about why mine has not been repaired.
