NEEDS LOT Of IMPROVEMENT. Building got wornout

Office staff and maintenace are friendly and responsive. Each building has plenty of parking right in front. There is also a dumpster for each building. The units are quiet, rarely can I hear a neighbor. Units are updated and conveniently located.

I have been in the apartment here for 3 weeks. Staff is very accommodating and there is very little noise. I am in an unrenovated unit, but there is nothing that absolutely needs updating.
