Nice place. A bit more expensive than is necessary imo. Too much dog waste and passive aggressive ways of not dealing with it. Other than that decent location and scenery.

I have been at Dover Farms for about 5 years and I couldn't be happier. The staff is great and very responsive. My favorite parts are the dog park and the pool. It's always peaceful here, there are never any issues with noise. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly. It's a great place to live!

Just moved in. Nice area and helpful staff. Apartment had a nice layout but seems a bit worn. Noisy dryer and needs a coat of paint.

Parking is tough in certain buildings, and the price is wild for the space you get. 1400 a month, you’re better off seeing if you can buy a home.
