Size of rooms did not allow for visitors very small living room. Maintenance was always exemplary and rezponded very quickly regardless of issue. Issues with staff. When I moved in two individuals who were easily accessible for questions and very approachable. When I left one staff who was hardly ever in building

Compared to other rentals in this area, Niles Community offers the best and most sought after options. From every aspect an older person would like to find in a rental, Niles Community has it. Prices are affordable, security is better than most, parking is sufficient for number of residents including spaces for the handy capped, maintenance is very good and easily contacted, Trash disposal is very easily accomplished without going outdoors, mail room is accessible inside building. There are more things available that make life comfortable and secure. Storage and a garage are available for additional fees. Pets are accepted...I could go on but needless to say, I love living here!
