The rent is high for a basement apartment

So far, Eastwood Arms had been a very good experience for my roomate and I. I’ve had a couple issues with things breaking as soon as I moved in. Howeved, it’s all been very minor situations and in the end, maitinence has made it at some point to take care if the situation.
