Prices keep spiking while maintenance does very little

I’ve had a leaking faucet in my bathroom since I moved in 8 years ago that hasn’t been fixed. The location is nice, but I have to fight for parking and there’s no convenient visitor parking. Instead of fixing the leaking roof, maintenance just painted over the water damage on the walls.

Review

Common areas in the two bedrooms are not regularly cleaned. By not regularly I mean one time in the last three months. The cigarette catch outside has never been touched and is full to the brim with ash water I'm guessing the neck is filling up as it smells like it is on fire regularly

Could be better

Buildings have bad plumbing, no pool all summer, needs powerwashed/painted, outdated floors/carpet/cabinets. Appreciate the good tenants you have and quit raising rent just because.
