Very Nice
Beautiful, clean, quiet, ample parking and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Shanda, property manager, and Paul, maintenance, stay on top of things and keep the complex fabulous. Nice apartment and have enjoyed my first year here.

What a nice place to live. Enjoying the well kept, quiet and safe community. Shanda, the property manager is the Best! Paul does maintenance and is very prompt, courteous and nice. I have lived here almost 1 year and enjoyed it very much. Neighbors are respectful and friendly and the grounds are landscaped with tons of flowers

IT IS AVERAGE LIVING HERE. RENT KEEPS GOING UP. OUR FIXED INCOMES ARE NOT KEEPING UP. CAUSING RENTERS TO MOVE OUT. BUILDINGS GETTING OLDER AND NEED MAINTENANCE ESPECIALLY THE PATIOS AND THE LATTICE RAILINGS, LOTS OF SHORT TERM RENTERS MOVING IN AND OUT. THEY DON'T STAY AND THEY DON'T MAKE THE PLACE FEEL LIKE HOME OR CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. WE NEED HOUSE NUMBERS ON EACH FRONT DOOR.

It is quiet and well maintained. Grounds ate well cared for. I wish there was a place for activities.

I have lived at Residence for 3 years now. Shanda and Paul are the best ever!! I truly feel like I am at home.
