Rental housing review

Good Value for current market to have a single family home with a yard and garage. Off main roads to lessen traffic. Older homes struggle to get updated. A lot of stipulations on what you can and cannot have in and out of your home. Needs amenities to include areas other housing complexes provide, ie. playground, basketball court, gathering area, gazebo, picnic tables ect.

Chartwell review

I believe the number 1 and best benefit of living at Chartwell green is the value although I do have to say there are rent increases every year without exception. Manager is very polite and easy to talk to.
