First when I moved in it was a great fine. But lately thing have change and not for the better. Rent seems to go up every year at renewal time. Kids are always unsupervised when riding their bikes through the property pool area and game room. Every year when it snows and they plow the roadway and I live on a corner they pile the snow by the garage instead of off to the side, so I have to call them to tell them to come and move it. Parent and kids walk in the roadway, so cars have to honk their horn, so they move.
