Nice place to stay, proactive maintances for household appliances. Amentiites maintanece can be improved, for example. car wash facility is not working for more than two years.

My experience at Twin Fountains started off amazing. The property manager (Mandy) was extremely helpful, personable, and always went out of her way to make sure residents felt heard and happy. Since January, there has been ongoing issues with changing property managers and with issues have been prioritized at our complex. Maintenance is amazing and has done everything that they possibly can, but Nexus has lagged in replacing AC units and in prioritizing urgent issues such as water main breaks. Maintenance discovered a freon leak in June and we were assured a new AC unit. They put in an order to the company, Nexus, and we still have not received an AC unit. Not to mention, a water pipe broke below our unit and maintenance was at our residence every day trying to update residents and help as much as they could. However, it took Nexus almost three weeks to get an actual outside source to come in and fix the problem. I feel extremely bad for maintenance, as they can only work with what they have, and Nexus does not give them anything but expects them to take the brunt of residential anger for Nexus's lack of urgency and empathy. I called Nexus personally to address my frustration with the problems that our complex has had over the past few months and was met by a representative trying to explain to me why my frustration was invalid. Not to mention, this representative had a disrespectful tone with no empathy towards the situation whatsoever. I think Twin Fountains would be an amazing place if it were not for the reoccurring issues with their parent company. As soon as our lease ends, we plan on going to any apartment complex that is not managed by Nexus.
