Solid Complex to Live In Overall

Parking - Typically spots close to your apartment are available. Some spaces can be somewhat "tight" and risky to pull out of your parking spot when traffic is high. Amenities - Easy access to Pool, Exercise Room, organizing parties at the Club House, Pet park for animals along with clean up stations around the complex. Maintenance - Always friendly and easy to work with. Usually in and out within minutes to perform some work and responsive to emergency calls. Staff - Most are courteous and patiently willing to answer questions and give more details about the property in the present and future. Location - Being in between 2 major roads (Mason-Montgomery & Snider) leaves us close to nearby stores while still being tucked away from major traffic. Noise - It depends on the neighbors. Most are quiet during later hours. Still hear some people slamming doors and when it's windy, the flag pole out front will clang throughout the night which can make it hard to fall asleep if you focus on it. Value - For my salary, I'm still putting in roughly 1/3 into living costs, so it works for me. 2018-19 apartment renovations caused nicer kitchen, dining and bathroom areas, so the price increase in 2019 was to be expected. We'll have to see for next year if living costs continue to rise. Overall, the minor things that can be improved are overshadowed by the majority of the positive aspects of this property. A solid 4/5 rating.

Review

Old staffs are really good, compare the new staffs. Maintenance is really worse. Earlier maintenance guys were coming with 24 hours after giving any complain about maintenance, Now there are not coming even after 72 hours of the complain registered. The Staffs of the Leasing office behaviors are not at all good.
