Love it Here!
This is a wonderful place to live! I was lucky to have landed this as a home. I have been calling this home for some time an have never given a second thought to this decision. They have always invested into the property and matained beautifully. The bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas were upgraded in the past few years and definitely thought is being made for the residents. Its very easy to communicate with the staff and requests to maintenance is great. It is very easy to place a ticket for Maintenance on the resident portal and quickly adddressed. I have had a property manager personally buy and have installed a new waterheater on a Saturday. Not much more to say!

Excellent location and very well maintained.
I have had a great experience living here. It's very clean and the amenities are in abundance. I like the complex/residence interaction. It is a little pricey, but worth it if you're looking for a low maintenance lifestyle. I highly recommend Sterling Lakes.
