Best interior. Floors and cabinets. Windows. Bridge park has ugly interiors and no windows. Thats why i chose here.

Beautiful, safe, clean neighborhood

Staff has been very friendly and helpful. The lobby and hallways at the Flats appear to be cleaned weekly and is always impeccably done. The apartment was new at move-in, condition of everything was neat and clean. Anytime maintenance is needed, they are always so quick in responding and fixing the matter very timely. Workers have always been professional and courteous. Great neighborhood for families, single professionals and friendly dogs! Cannot beat the close proximity to: pizza parlor, ice cream, cookies and the brewery that is also a great coffee shop with the areas best food trucks!
