Why Renters Love It Here
New residents!
We just recently moved here from powell! So far we are loving the location. We thought the train was going to be a problen initally, buts surprisingly been fine! The leasing office is great and they’re extremelt attentive.
Overall nice property
Overall the property is nice amd has a lot of nice interior upgrades. I love the covered patio on the back. Even though we are near a train it is pretty quiet.
Office people
People in the leasing office are rude and souless
Open and spacious
Its very quite and neighbors are nice 9mos lived I love the layout, garage and no carpet in main living space. It needs a stronger hanging section for dress. I love the cabinets space need more drawers in kitchen. Walls are very thin. I recommend this area to friends and family
History as resident
After living here over a year, i love the location. I love the floor plan. The rent is too high. The electric bills are exorbitant in the winter. Staff has changed a lot in the time ive been here. The neighbors are kind and friendly.
