Grace Apartments

I have lived here for almost 4 years and have had a very positive experience; the office manager always returns calls and is very kind. Maintenance responds to requests and calls quickly as well and are always professional. The location is great, only 15 minutes from the city and within walking distance of restaurants, two laundromats and Discount Drug Mart is across the street.

Cozy and cute apartments. Affordable and quiet. Wonderful maintenance crew. Very close to Discount Drugmart, Family Dollar, and the RTA bus stop. Restaurants and shops are just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

Apartment is cozy and perfect size for 1 person plus pets. There’s a lot of space. noise from corkys bar is loud sometimes

Just moved here about a month ago! I absolutely love it, the leasing office staff is extremely helpful and friendly, maintenance works hard and is always very polite and fixes issues quickly.

Maintenance comes when you call. Never had an issue. A few ladies in the office needs to be more informative. It's over priced and prices goes up every year. The location is beautiful. Apartment is older. Great space but not worth the price.

I am fairly pleased with my apartment. I was mislead before I rented. I was told twice that my rent was higher than what was advertised. I was also mislead by an add that said off street parking...meaning tenant parking. Although I do like things about the apartment renters beware of false advertising and don't get taken as I did.
