We love it here. The location is great. The apartments are well maintained. If there is ever a maintenance issue, they are quick to address it. Noise from other tenants is minimal.

I love it here . My apt is so cozy and it really feels like home . Staff is always helpful and maintenace goes above and beyond. Metro parks are close . Im right down the road from lakewood park and edgwater beach . I love nature and its perfect for watching the sunset and outdoor fun . Stores are close and amazing restuarants are at your fingertips. Highly recommended for a place that you can call HOME. ????

Staff has always been lovely. I haven’t had any maintenance issues yet. Neighbors are okay but a little loud on weekends. Back entrance could be cleaned up a bit. All in all it’s a nice place to live.
