Great location, but needs better upkeep

I've been living here for a while, and while the location is definitely the highlight—close to shops, restaurants, and activities —the maintenance and overall upkeep leave a lot to be desired. Common areas like under stairways often feel neglected, and it can take a while to get even basic maintenance requests addressed.
