From what I have seen so far and what has been explained to me, it seems like a nice cozy area where the neighbors are friendly and you are able to get help within a moments notice

Great place. Close to downtown and everything Dayton has to offer.

Everything about the cannery is great until you need to take your dog out. There is not a great place for them to see green and there is a lot of broken glass where there are some remnants of grass. If they actually made a dog area the world would be a better place.

This place is not affordable at all, should be much more affordable and the staff does nothing.
