I have lived here just over a year and it's probably the best place I have every rented. Location is great with all necessities within just a few miles. Managment is extremely friendly and are very prompt on responses, as well as the maintenance team. All in all, I highly recommend renting here.

I am beginning my 3rd year here. My experience thus far has been excellent. My only real complaint is ALL the new rules that have been put upon us over the last several months. I understood and accepted the initial rules when I first signed my lease to move here but this is getting out of hand. Several of my neighbors have or are leaving because they feel is becoming unreasonable. I wish corporate would reconsider some of these. I especially do not appreciate that our sister community is not being held to the same standards we are. I walk there almost daily and still see flower boxes on the railings and more than 1 shepherd hook per unit. I know which units are condos and which are apartments and that the condos are not under the same rules so I am not referring to them. I just wish corporate would lighten up.

I absolutely LOVE it here! The only negative is that AT&T is the only internet, TV provider. They are the worst company I have ever worked with. Have contacted them numerous times, spent countless hours on the phone with them, and I still have never paid the contracted amount (is always $60+) per month. On principle I would love another company, but I do Understand the reasoning. This was just bad choice on Mid Ohio’s part.

Am getting ready to renew for another year. The staff and maintenance for this property are excellent. They respond very quickly to any issue that comes up. The lawncare is done timely and last winter the snow removal, even the sidewalks were shoveled very quickly. The apartment itself, has abundant storage upscale finishes and I love the 2 car attached garage. It would be nice if there was more visitor parking and there are not amenities such as pool or clubhouse or anything for children to do here so keep that in mind if you have little ones. I really like that everything in the apartment is handicap accessible, even the closet entrances are wide so that if I do stay here long term and need a wheelchair or walker for whatever reason, I will not have to move. Negatives: I did not like that I was unable to use my own washer and dryer, but the ones they supplied is nice, I fostered dogs in the past and am unable to do that here since we are only allowed to have one animal and I own a dog. I wish the stove could have been gas, I hate electric. That being said, I love the apartment, it is a great value for the money and I plan to stay here for a long time to come.
