Parking is terrible trash is terrible apartment is okay could be updated...noise is noise Your in an apartment so you hear heavy walking or loud noises time to time. Overall i only stayed because the pandemic and i wouldn’t tell anyone to move here unless they were updated because it’s not worth what i pay and I’m in my 2nd lease.. to pricey. Staff also could be more nicer they aren’t as nice as when they were trying to rent to me. Now they are rude and have no patients. Don’t make you feel like they did the first time i walked in.

It's been my pleasure living here at Bennington Pond for the last five years. I've enjoyed a quiet, elegant apartment with only minor repair issues that were always resolved quickly by the able staff. Moreover, the grounds are kept orderly and my guests often comment on how nice it looks when visiting my home. There have been no problem tenants, in fact most people living here have gone out of their way to be friendly to me, as have the employees at the complex. The staff puts on great parties each month for the tenants, and I look forward to attending them all. Each year I can expect an easy and fair lease renewal process with Sandy's expert help. I look forward to being a part of this community for years to come. I can't imagine a better place to live in central Ohio. Thank you for reading my review.

My furnace went out late in the night, so I called the Emergency Maintenance phone number, left my name & number. Juwan called back within 5 minutes, I told him what the problem was and he was at my apartment quickly. He said when he walked in that he knew what the problem might be & he was right! Ten minutes later my furnace was working again. He was very polite and pleasant. I've never had any problems with any of the maintenance personnel.
