They're Trying

The new management is trying really hard to update the apartment complex and fix the issues that the previous management neglected. Unfortunately, people who have lived here for a while assume that the new owner, RHM, and the complex manager, Joe, will do the same as the last five owners and managers. However, the improvements that are currently underway are the most I've seen in the 9 years I've lived here. In my personal experience, Joe, the office staff, and all the maintenance people have been as efficient as possible - and communicative -when responding to repairs in my apartment. I didn't have to yell, curse, or repeat myself. This apartment complex is far from perfect and has been in disrepair for years, so it's going to take a while to bring it up to the "luxury" status. Additionally, I don't like that RHM is not updating occupied apartments. From what I see, there are many unoccupied units where residents can be temporarily moved while their apartments are brought up to code. My message to future residents is to respect yourself, your neighbors, and the property you'll call home. The area is not perfect, but it's getting better, thanks to the current management.
