Expensive

I appreciate how beautiful and quiet the neighborhood is, but the communication about things like spraying chemicals on the grass and taking a tree out were not good. The office is always really hard to get ahold of too. The rent seems to be constantly going up and I don't see any improvements except repaving the streets. Snow removal is good though.
