Pets allowed. A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications. The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit. Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds. Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit. A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit. Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit. NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances: Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

I lived here for 3 yrs at first nice everyone watch out for each other. It's not the same. Younger residence play loud music all night and in the parking lot.

I have found the townhomes to be a significant improvement over my previous residence. The construction quality is notably better, providing a more secure and quieter living environment. While my former building offered a different layout, with more cabinets and additional amenities, the trade-off for the peace and comfort of the townhome is well worth it. The two-bedroom apartment I previously occupied featured an exceptionally large kitchen and bathroom, which I appreciated. However, I must admit that I am more accustomed to the lifestyle that houses and townhomes provide. Apartments can be challenging to adjust to and may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, my experience with the townhomes has been positive, and I prefer the benefits they offer in terms of tranquility and comfort.

Neighbor's don't have any respect for others. Have music on all night and loud. Fighting all the time. Neighbor's that have dogs let them poop every where don't clean it up.. 3 level building people over don't care if you are old,sick, and don't get out they'll make alot noise at night then sleep in the day time.

I am extremely uncomfortable with my current living situation. The apartment complex has become unkept-looking. The neighbors are extremely noisy and unsavory. I have lived here since the building was opened in January 2021. The quality of life and people have gone downhill. This community has lost its finesse. The property manager advertised the community as a senior and disabled residential area. Now the property is overrun by unruly residents and hyperactive children. I moved from a condominium; now I have to start over and seek alternative housing options. The walls are extremely thin, and the building is poorly constructed.
