This place went down since the Previous manager, Sheilynn, left. The rent is rising, but the upkeep doesn't match the money we are paying for rent. I'm embarrassed to to bring people to my apartment because of the filth on the stairs, elevators, and main floors. It's just nasty and not acceptable here in Gahanna.

It was supposecto be a non-smoking community and from the start mgt. let individuals move in who's been smoking for over 40 years. Smoke from your neighbors unit comes in your unit from the neighbors and sets your smoke dectors off. Dog waste in halls and entry ways. Mgt. never walks the grounds to know what is going on in the community. They stay in the office from the start of their shift to the end of the day. They want you to play policeman and do their job. When you first did your tour here we were shown garbage shoo to dispose your trash I can count the times they have been open. Out of 12 Months maybe 5 months. It's ridiculous, and we just got a notice that the place in the building where you can drop your trash will not be open until the spring. It's all about the money. Once you have your open house, you can forget the landlord doing as the lease is stated. Just because it is located in Gahanna it means nothing. Is there any community in Columbus OH where management really manages and take care of their tenants and the community they live in?

Lived here for almost 2 years it'd a great little starter apartment. Wouldn't really recommend for families with younger kids. Neighborhood is great school district is awesome as well.
