Management working hard and the property is on the upswing

I have lived here 4 years and the property has had a lot of problems but that was prior to Wallick Communities managing the property. Since they have taken over, the property is definitely on the upswing. The apartment is small and the traffic noise is very bad for the apartments at the front of the building but the location is excellent for walking amenities. There is a Kroger across the street, a library two doors away, and an aquatic center and recreation center several blocks away. Also, it is only steps away from the bus line.
