Staff don't respond to important emails pertaining extra charges on your account. I'm still waiting after a whole lease period. Staff is rude if you have serious inquiries or don't understand the questions asked. Go figure... I wasn't sent a lease renewal email and if I didn't go into the unwelcoming front office to question about it, they would have made me month to month which of course is a ridiculous amount. The amount the rent cost is the same for the new apartment built around us whom actually have amenities and upgraded/new renovations.

Maintenance is very disappointing and takes a long time to fix anything. The staff in the office is hard to get in contact with.

We needed more disable parking. I have medical issues and I was very disappointed when they took the 3 disabled parking away. I struggle with the groceries if the parking is taken. No outside walk way light. Dangerous at night
