The Beeker

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Beeker Apartments. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, especially when it comes to value, maintenance, and overall comfort. Maintenance (5/5) has truly stood out. Requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the team does a great job keeping the property in excellent condition. It’s clear that upkeep is a priority here. Value (5/5) is another major strength. For the quality of the apartments, the responsiveness of management, and the overall living experience, I feel like I’m getting a strong return for what I pay. Noise (5/5) has also been excellent. The building is surprisingly quiet, which makes it easy to relax or work from home without constant disruptions. Parking, Amenities, Staff, and Location (4/5 each) are all solid. Parking is generally convenient, amenities are well-maintained and useful, and the staff is friendly and professional. The location is great overall — accessible and convenient — though just shy of perfect.

The apartments is nice; however, the street noise is very prevalent through the windows even when closed.

I’ve had a mostly great experience living at the Beeker Apartments. The building itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable—everything feels thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I especially appreciate how clean the staff keeps everything; they’re always friendly and professional. The location is fantastic—close to so much—and the value for what you get is hard to beat. Resident parking is convenient, though guest parking can be a bit tricky. One of my favorite features is the two elevators, which means I almost never have to wait long. That said, they do seem to be out of service more often than I’d expect for a newer building. If I had one big wish, it would be for more ways to connect with neighbors—it’s a great community, but it can feel a little disconnected at times. Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Beeker to anyone looking for a stylish, well-located place to live with great amenities and excellent staff.

The Beeker has been an amazing place to live! The only reason I'm moving is because I'm moving out of Columbus. I have gotten 2 of my friends to live here since I've moved in and they both love it too. Management and maintenance are quick to respond, helpful, respectful, and kind. I never really even have maintenance issues either. I can't hear neighbors through the walls. Apartments are newly renovated and very clean upon move-in. The location is so great, the entire short north is less than a mile walking distance. OSU campus is also less than a mile away. Live here!!!

This apartment is too expensive for the lack of ammenities. There is literally homeless people living all around the building. Can easily pay the same price, have a safer location, & have on site gym & pool. Theres also been multiple shootings surrounding this block within the past year. The area is not worth the price at all.

Its a place to live with 2 elevators for convenience and some different parking options. Better than some, and not as good as some others!!
