I just wanted to knowledge that I have been a resident at Summerview for the past 6 months and I’d like to provide my appreciation for how well this property is managed. Firstly, I absolutely love the location, it is super close to Indian stores, Kroger, gas stations, banks, and more! And for such a prime location, it is great to see that the prices are also super affordable. Secondly, I’d like to appreciate the management. The community managers have been brilliant at answering questions and concerns of all residents. My favorite is Nathan; please give him a raise. Champions, thanks you for everything you do to keep Summerview clean and evergreen. Looking forward to staying here for many more years.

The location is great, the property is well maintained, the noise level is enjoyable, I feel safe when I walkout my front door, the staff is helpful and the maintenance is on point .

Summerview - location is best! Community management is very helpful. They are ready to discuss any apartment related issues and provide a solution at the earliest. I must say the maintenance team handle the requests quickly. Overall, great place to stay.
