Have lived here for 2 years. Love the size of the apartment, and the large windows which let in a lot of light. Maintenance is super fast responding to issues. Have not had much interaction with the office staff. There has been much turnover over the last couple of years, both office and maintenance staff. The grounds are kept well. Amenities are the pool and an older fitness room. There is a community room with nothing in it, so not much use.

Have lived here for a year and a half. Maintenance is very quick to respond. The grounds are well kept. Office staff is fine. Still need new equipment for the fitness room.

The apartment itself is great. Super quiet and in a good location, close to nature and close to downtown Columbus. The maintenance is also amazing, they usually fix the issue within 1 or 2 business days and do a great job. The only thing that could use some improvement is the communication of the leasing office employees. When I was close to moving in, we didn't even have a lease sent to us yet and there was no communication whatsoever on what days we could move in. They also did a bad job at communicating to us that we had to notify them 60 days prior to move out.
