Nice Location

I've lived here for 2 years. Honestly, the previous owners were not honest with me about my apartment home, however new management is trying to make significant improvement to the property, but it will take some time. Good Luck!

Nice Place to Call Home

I have lived here for 1.5 years. The management is MUCH better than it was when the Connor Group was managing the complex. It can be pretty noisy, the walls are quite thin, but it is something you get used to. Maintenance is very friendly, though it has taken several requests to get maintenance to come.

Better than most and getting better.

This location allows you quick access to Grandview, Hilliard, Upper Arlington and easy to get to Dublin. The garages are larger than most. The new owners have been replacing furnaces, hot water heaters, air conditioners as they can. Management is working towards holding tenants accountable to abide by the lease and general community rules. Under past ownership, none of the above was ever accomplished. I've enjoyed living here and the apartment is very spacious. I have the 2 bedroom with the garage.
