Nice location with decent apartments. Most apartments if not all are renovated fairly. Consistenly changes management but owners have taken over you and can see the difference with how quickly things are taken care of. Pricing is decent but you don’t get much of a yard or any other amenities. If you’re an on the go person not worried about having personal outside space it’s a great location close to everything. Neighbors are typivally the noise issue and not the street/through traffic.

I am signing my third lease. Very large apartment, clean grounds, maintenance person professorial and friendly. I have great neighbors. However there are no bells or whistles i.e. pool, gym, assigned parking. But it makes up for it with large upgraded rooms kitchen, baths, carpeting, vinyl flooring, and a lots of storage. My neighbor have agreed to giving each other a spot to park by our town homes but as new people move in you may run into parking issues. Office staff is new but so far they are doing a great job. Location very close to everything. Landscape is great and for the last few years the did a great job removing snow from walkways and lot.
