Wouldn't recommend. The price has increased yearly with no improvements. Our windows and doors are not compliant with the law and they've done nothing about it. There's someone new in the leasing office every few months, so nobody ever knows what's going on. Let's not get started on the car break-ins. Nothing has been done about that either. We're expected to pay more for nothing. I have decided we will renew our lease this year when it is time.
