Mason Run

My experience has been pretty good here, the prices and the amenities are great, the staff is good, they have helped me out at some of my lowest and hardest times and I am so grateful, but I wish that the maintenance was better and that tenants should be informed when new staff is hired to the company, especially maintenance staff so that everyone knows who they are. I also wish that a text or email would be sent out when the office is going to be closed for holidays other than the regular ones.

I have had an ok experience living here, definitely lots of bumps in the road but I am grateful for my apartment and the cost of the rent is affordable. But I have some issues and concerns. I am always inconvenienced when I need to go to the rental office because they close at 5 during the week and not open on the weekends, also I understand being closed on the weekends for a break but it should be open on a week day until at least 6 for at least one day a week. Some people don't get off work until 5:00 and later. The parking lot at my complex needs to be lined for parking spots and people should be penalized for just making and creating their own parking spots. I also think that the maintenance workers should be wearing shoe covers in residents apartments at all times.
