I have lived at Grant Park Apartments for about two years, and my experience has been very positive. One of the things I like most about the community is how peaceful and well-maintained it is. The environment feels safe, and the staff have always been helpful when I have had questions or needed assistance. I also enjoy my apartment because it is comfortable and spacious, and it truly feels like home. The location is another great benefit because it is convenient to nearby stores, restaurants, and other places I visit regularly. Overall, I would definitely recommend living at Grant Park Apartments. The combination of a quiet community, responsive management, and comfortable living spaces makes it a great place to live. It has been a pleasant experience for me over the past two years.

I looked everywhere for an affordable apartment and I found Grant Park. Nice location, close to the short north and the campus, with nice updated fixtures and amenities! Definitely recommend!!

Great starter apartment for students in or right out of college! Great parking, pool + gym!

I like Grant Park. I was able to get a cheap rent on my lease, and don't have too many issues. I don't like that my car was damaged while being parked here, which sucked but could happen to anyone. I also don't like my stairs, they are creaky and could use WD-40, but overall I like living at grant park.
