Great starter apartment for students in or right out of college! Great parking, pool + gym!

I like Grant Park. I was able to get a cheap rent on my lease, and don't have too many issues. I don't like that my car was damaged while being parked here, which sucked but could happen to anyone. I also don't like my stairs, they are creaky and could use WD-40, but overall I like living at grant park.

I have lived at grant park for 14 months(ish) and after the initial move in- things got better. I think that there was a very high staff turnover when i first moved in so the office was in a bad place. a lot of mistake were make with my money and there was a lot of miscommunication. After the first couple of months things got into a good routine and i can say that living here is pretty good. The price is better than other locations around columbus and im thankful for that. The noise is sometimes a problem but i chose this busy location so i dont blame grant park for that!

I've been living here for a little over 3 months and I've had a good time so far. Maintenance is responsive and I haven't had any issues with my unit.

In an up & coming area, however tons of construction and right behind landfill facility. Tons of noise 24/7 and can smell bad in the summer months. Nice amenities, fairly well kept. Maintenance responds quickly but doesn't always do best job. Cheaper than other places nearby though, so worth the money i guess.
