Toured this property a week ago. Alex was so welcoming! We were late to our next tour because we got caught up chatting… We’ve toured about 12 other properties since then and we just keep coming back to Duncan Park. Going back this week for another walkthrough before finalizing our decision but… nothing else we’ve looked at even compares! ??

From the moment my wife (Leslie) found Duncan Park to the time we moved in, it’s been a pleasure to work with the staff. From Olivia to Nathaniel to Dustin we have experienced the best apartment staff we have ever encountered. They showed us what true midwestern hospitality was all about. Our daughter who lives in Columbus raves about it, but to have all of that be real within the first week was simply heart warming and made our cross country move feel like the right one. Duncan Park team made our move feel like the perfect one!! Thank you for all your help and we appreciate your patience in taking care of us during this massive transition. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! I’m happy to be reference for Duncan Park any day!!

I live at Duncan Park for 2+ years and so far, it has been a good experience. The apartment where I am now is much quieter than the one at 3001 Bethel. Rarely, I don't find a good parking spot. Parking lot is clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. Maintenance is efficient. The only thing I don't like is when it comes the weekend there is no maintenance staff available, except if it is an emergency. But please keep this in mind: USUALLY when things tend to brake or malfunction it is the weekend. I wish maintenance staff were available at least a few hours during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Thank you for this opportunity.
