It Has Been a Good Place to Live (So Far)

I live at Duncan Park for 2+ years and so far, it has been a good experience. The apartment where I am now is much quieter than the one at 3001 Bethel. Rarely, I don't find a good parking spot. Parking lot is clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. Maintenance is efficient. The only thing I don't like is when it comes the weekend there is no maintenance staff available, except if it is an emergency. But please keep this in mind: USUALLY when things tend to brake or malfunction it is the weekend. I wish maintenance staff were available at least a few hours during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Thank you for this opportunity.

Felt Like Home from the very beginning.

The moment I walked into the office, I was greeted and welcomed as if I was already a resident. Halley was transparent, and honest. She didn’t just respond, she listened. Her professionalism paired with her empathy, and understanding is unmatched. I felt at home immediately during the tour, and through the incredible staff here i knew it was the right fit. Any past experience of renting, and finding a new home would be filled with hoops, red tape, and frustration. Contrary to this, I never felt once that I was being misled or rushed. It was incredibly smooth and the property is not only managed incredibly well but is well kept by the rest of the staff.
