We like the area and out happy to call it our first official home but sadly we've been met with nothing but issues regarding the maintenance & staff. The property manager has been rude to my husband and we've also had nothing but issues with our mail, despite management having made mail keys for another unit the month prior (we are told they cant help us with that). We've also been met with less than friendly attitude (my husband specifically,again) after we pushed for the important fixes we needed. Other than maintenance and the property manager we do like jt here! We jsit feel VERY unwelcomed.

Changed management over five times not able to grill and hard to get in touch with property managers and there’s terms in order to get anything fixed or replaced in your residence

Staff should be more timely with notices. We get a lot of them the day after or the day of when people are already gone for work and make sure maintenance is completing work orders that have been started that is still not completed

The places are nice but the issues are many. From neighbors to the repairs the building needs itself. I understand theres new management now. However theres still no difference or no real change on fixing anything.
