Health in Jeopardy

The lease states that health and safety of ALL tenants is included, but everyone’s health is in jeopardy because of the second hand smoke. Exposure to second hand smoke increases your chance of stroke by 30% and also causes lung cancer and coronery disease. There is no safe level of second hand smoke, as any exposure increases your likelihood of developing a disease due to the exposure of 250 carcinogenic chemicals. The building should implement a nosmoking policy as the lease clearly states the health and safety if its tenants is included and this can never be factual if second hand smoke is saturating all the shared spaces and permeating all the units.
