I have lived here 30 plus years. I was hopeful that things would improve when VanBaker purchased the property. Though some cosmetic matters on the outside of the building, nothing has improved inside. First, the hallways haven't been cleaned since the management change. Neither has their been buiilding extermination except for any unit that was renovated to lure in a new resident. Also, maintenance requests have not been followed through to completion. The only thing that has been consistent are first of the month reminders for rent payments. Also, there's not a contact person who oversees the building and makes sure residents are satisfied. In addition, you have residents who play their music excessively loud which rattles my apartment, shakes my tv and resonates through my furniture. It gives me a headache. How are I and my family supposed to be happy with that? It's frustrating. The location is excellent, near downtown and quick access to the freeways. But you would think that property managers would be foremost concerned about a residents satisfaction: at least it used to be that way.

Dont like parking, & all the stairs. Howecer new management is coming in doing an awesome job touching up & staying on top of things.
