2652 Mayfield - SP Mayfield

The original process was simple to get the unit staff memeber jeff was very helpful he showed me an affordable updated unit that i am currently in i love it and it’s aesthetics; but here are the CONS i know its an older building but maintenance on these radiators need to be done there is no way to regulate mine leaving my apartment feeling like hellfire!! I put In maintenance request no answer, im waking uo with bloddy nose and sore throat drying out from the heat!! Ive been to the emergency room becuase it also bothers my asthma i really live this unit and i dont want this to be a negative review hopefully the problem can be fixed ps: now concerned about gas bill because it just running if the radiator won't turn off

This is an old apartment as are most in the CLE area but this place is over priced. $1,100/mo for a 1 bedroom and there are holes in the floor, everything is just painted over, you have to buy your own window unit or you will have no a/c. The rooms are small, there is poor insulation & most of the doors do not clothes all the way due to warping.

I recently stayed in this here and wanted to share my thoughts. While the kitchen was a highlight—clean and well-equipped—the flooring left much to be desired. It creaked and made unsettling sounds with every step, which was quite distracting. Additionally, maintenance responses were slower than expected, which was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, if you're not facing the street, it's pleasantly quiet. Overall, it has its merits, but improvements are definitely needed in the flooring and maintenance areas.

I love the area and my apartment. Ive enjoyed staying

I just recently moved in and so far it is not too bad. Parking is tight, there isn't an option for guest parking near which may be a problem in the foreseeable future. I understand that most places in the Cleveland area are old so I wasn't being too picky on the quality, but many issues seemed to just have been repainted over. For the overall quality/condition of the apartment, it is a bit pricey.

The complex is very quiet and my neighbors are very respectful!
