Living at The Red has been very easy in my 6 months so far. The apartments are big enough and provide good value for the price. The atmosphere is very relaxed and makes it easy to enjoy. I haven't had any major problems and enjoy the property.

I have lived at The Red for over a year now and I love it! Everyone is so friendly and maintenance does a great job. The only request I have would be to put mirrors in parking garage of building B so it is easier to see if anyone is coming around the corner!

My apartment was put on their website as available despite having a renewal document signed and having no other documentation indicating otherwise. I was assigned to another apartment without notification after only indicating verbal interest in it and then never hearing back from staff again afterwards. I was also never prompted to sign a lease document nor pay any fees. I am concerned that documentation is not being kept track of properly which concerns me. I am awaiting a response to ensure that I am able to maintain my renewal and that my apartment won't be wrongfully given to someone else without my consent or written approval.

Starting our 7th year at The RED. Obviously like it - Staff is great; maintenance staff great. Like the social events (trivia etc - it was a main draw for us starting here)

I have lived at The Red since October of 2023. The property is well maintained. It's a quiet and peaceful community with friendly residents. I enjoy all the amenities The red has to offer. Maintenance is prompt to respond to maintenance requests and resolve them. I had to opt into paying for garage parking due to limited parking spots and parallel parking. When it comes to staff getting back with me regarding a question/concern I had that couldn't be answered/resolved right away, I don't get a follow up call/ email with the resolution answers. I have to follow up myself.
