I have enjoyed living at park ridge place. My apartment is a great size for me and my cat. Close by to lots of great places in pleasant ridge, silverton, oakley, and kenwood. Everyone who comes over compliments the hardwood and exposed brick. Shared laundry in the basement which works for me.

My daughter has lived here 1 year. The maintenance staff has always responded in a timely manner. It is fairly quiet, has good lighting, fairly safe and has assigned parking which I like.
