Very happy with my daughter’s living arrangements

I've had a decent experience living here. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. The only noise complaint would be Esoteric on certain nights of the week. The bass from the music can be heard in my apartment, but might not be the same for other units. I will say parking has been the biggest pain since the lot has been under construction. And parking anywhere surrounding the building is challenging since there are more people than places to park. They did mention there will be parking again in the future after construction is done. I just hope there are enough spaces for everyone. There aren't really any amenities, but it is very nice to not have to worry about paying a water bill. Nice updated appliances and hardwood floors. Windows are beautiful, it's just unfortunate that they don't open. Staff and maintenance are really great people and pretty prompt on resolving any issues. All in all, it's a solid spot. I love the apartment! It's just what I've been looking for, albeit a little small. My only issues are that the windows don't open and the paint in the hallway is bubbling and smells odd. Other than that, I'm very excited to live here.

I loved living here! Beautiful building in the middle of a huge city revamp. Great changes happening! The location to downtown is great, just right down the street! I would highly recommend!
