I moved into the Oakview apartments in July 2023 and very happy with the layout of my apartment, cleanliness of the building and location. The other residents are also very nice as well as management staff. I would definitely recommend Oakview to a friend.

It's a good place to live OVERALL, though not ideal. The VALUE is commiserate with the area, but the layout is rather tiny and in an old-school property. It is tucked back behind some nice, quiet houses, adjacent to an Assisted Living facility, so it's reasonably quiet UNLESS an ambulance arrives or UNTIL you have a neighbor move in with a BIG, loud-barking dog. I'm very pleased with the quality of the Property Management Team and the Response Time of the Maintenance Crew! #RecommendedApartmentLiving
