I’ve lived here for over a year now and have had my maintenance orders fulfilled and haven’t had any issues. Some neighbors can be loud but as long as it’s not after 11pm I don’t mind

I’ve been living here for a while and have had a mix of experiences. One of the biggest highlights is the staff—they truly care about the residents and go out of their way to help. Their responsiveness and kindness really stand out. The community is clean and generally well maintained, though it can be challenging to keep it that way when some residents don’t respect shared spaces. Parking is also an issue—it’s not the easiest, and finding a good spot can be frustrating at times. It’s not the most peaceful place to live, depending on your neighbors, but the community does put effort into organizing fun events that help bring people together. Overall, I’d recommend it if you value attentive management and a clean environment, but be prepared for some challenges with noise and parking.

I moved in the day they let us move in after construction was finished. I absolutely adore living here and dont plan on leaving anytime soon! If youre looking for high quality and a great environment you have found a good one!! Its soooo nice and cheaper than any other apartment with the same quality features in the cincinnati area! I hope this helps someone on the fense. Its beautiful and cozy!

I've lived here for 6 months now and it is all that I hoped for and more. The culture of the community is second to none and the staff is warm and inviting. The amenities are a great perk, and the layouts are amazing! The essence of community living is what I wanted and is exactly what I found :)
