Broadway Square 2

Have loved renting from model group for the past 3 years and I look forward to many more years!

I've enjoyed my time living here. It's been a good experience.

I lived in the Broadway Square apartments for 2 years and absolutely loved my experience here. It is expensive but so worth it for the location and views--it is also relatively cheap compared to most of the other places around here. The apartment itself is very nice aside from the super tight and steep stairwell and low water pressure/wonky faucet. The staff is amazing and are always so kind and responsive. The maintenance staff is super respectful and prompt. I have loved my time here and it is bittersweet moving out of Pendleton.

My experience living where i live is cool. I already knew what to expect with the layout of the apartment. What i did not expect was for there to be no parking permit available for me to purchase. I've called the cities parking permit place several times for a permit. They told me my address doesn’t qualify for a parking permit for zone parking. Meanwhile.. the addresses next to me and across the street from me were all listed. They yold me I would have to start some kind of petition and get signatures for my address to be considered for permit parking. That should not be my responsibility as a resident. Thats truly the only very unfortunate part about living where i live. I have to basically worry about getting tickets every single day. Or pay a monthly parking fee at a garage or parking lot. I shouldnt have to do that

I love where I live The apartment is big and beautiful. I love the neighborhood. I which the owner would by the parking lot on the side and include parking in rent.

Living here has been nice! Only problem is there is no In unit washer/dryer. Other than that i have no complaints!
