The execution of a Pet Addendum, payment of a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $30 monthly pet rent per pet are required. Any pet must be licensed in accordance with any applicable state or local laws or regulations. All pets must be spayed or neutered. A statement from a veterinarian must be provided. The pet(s) must have current inoculations and applicant/resident shall submit records of inoculation upon request. Our pet- friendly apartment communities welcome most breeds of dogs; however, it is within Landlord’s sole discretion whether to limit the size and breed of dogs allowed at Landlord’s communities. The following breeds of dogs and dogs that have any of the breed lineages are not permitted as pets: Akita, American Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including but not limited to Staffordshire Bull Terrier and American Staffordshire Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf hybrid. The above list is not exhaustive. Landlord reserves the right to modify this list as it deems necessary. Breed type of a mixed breed dog is at times difficult to identify; therefore, it is within Landlord’s sole discretion as to whether a dog is a member of a restricted breed. At Landlord’s discretion, Resident may be required to have a licensed veterinarian verify their animal’s weight and breed.

Sarah Is very caring/very hardworking.She was nice enough to have landscapers cut grass/weeds down on the 3 paths that go through the woods on property to Giant Eagle grocery store,for tenants who dont drive & who use the paths to get to the store.This is really appreciated by tenants who dont drive. We're very lucky to have Sarah as property manager,& I hope she stays here for a very long time. Also,Sarah is just the type of person who GETS THINGS DONE. Maintenece Man, James, is always pleasant & polite to deal with,too.
Love it but!
I have lived here almost a year and i must say it has been a wonderful adventure! This was my first apartment so i wasnt sure what to expect. When i was shown the apartment i immediately knew it was home. I love the neighborhood and my neighbors. They are quiet and kind. My only real issue with the building is, the AC, heat, and cheap repairs. Ac works well, in the living room..the rest of the apartment is pretty hot. The heat in the winter works, unless it gets really cold outside. Then you have to buy yourself a heater. While i did say the heat works, living upstairs makes it a little rough as you cant control your own thermostat persay. You cannot turn off your heat. So those warm fall to spring days that arise. You will be toasty. Cheap repairs, they paint over everything and fix it enough to get by. Other than that. Ive loved my little apartment even with the hiccups. Happy to have called it home for as long as i have.
