Pets allowed. Pet limit 2 allowed. Maximum 2 Pets per household. A maximum of two pets (cats & dogs only) are permitted on the premises, subject to the following weight limits for dogs: no weight limit on first floor and 35-pound weight limit per dog on all other floors. The execution of a Pet Addendum, payment of a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $30 monthly pet rent per pet are required. Any pet must be licensed in accordance with any applicable state or local laws or regulations. All pets must be spayed or neutered. A statement from a veterinarian must be provided. The pet(s) must have current inoculations and applicant/resident shall submit records of inoculation upon request. Our pet- friendly apartment communities welcome most breeds of dogs; however, it is within Landlord’s sole discretion whether to limit the size and breed of dogs allowed at Landlord’s communities. The following breeds of dogs and dogs that have any of the breed lineages are not permitted as pets: Akita, American Bulldog, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull (including but not limited to Staffordshire Bull Terrier and American Staffordshire Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf hybrid. The above list is not exhaustive. Landlord reserves the right to modify this list as it deems necessary. Breed type of a mixed breed dog is at times difficult to identify; therefore, it is within Landlord’s sole discretion as to whether a dog is a member of a restricted breed. At Landlord’s discretion, Resident may be required to have a licensed veterinarian verify their animal’s weight and breed.

Notice there is only 5 and 4 star reviews. Seems like they only allow certain reviews to be posted. Its a small apartment community that is in a prime location. There are a good amount of businesses close by - such as Walmart, Home Depot, CVS pharmacy, Aldi's, 4 gas stations, 3 car stores(Autozone, O'REILLY'S , Advanced Auto), Post Office, Ollies, Tractor Supply, STARBUCKS, Library, Wendys, Chipotle, Bob Evans, 4 pizza places, 6 banks, multiple churches, the elementary, middle, high schools are all located across the street, Fire and Police Departments and much more all within 1 mile or less. Chardon is supposed to be getting a Meijer built eventually which is supposed to be located by Arbors of Chardon sister apartments Maple Ridge. The apartment manager Sarah is very friendly. She tends to stay on top of keeping both Arbor of Chardon and Maple Ridge running smooth while also attending to another Integrity property 10+ miles away. The maintenance man seems to be a decent one. They do tend to keep the property maintained meaning they do have lawn service that cuts the grass on a regular basis and tends to keep it snowplowed the best they can in winter. Winters can be unpredictable here in Chardon. There is 1 trash dumpster for 64 units and possibly some of the houses around it use it so it overflows and does look trashy from time to time. Everyone seems to follow rules when it comes to their dogs on a leash and cleaning up after it. It seems as they are relaxed in some areas more than others. There are a few renters who have pit bulls on property! Its a pretty quiet complex for the most part. Not a lot of activity with people outside - occasionally you may see a person fixing their car or changing oil, seems like there's multiple motorcycles that take up parking spaces. Otherwise the parking lot seems to be decent, but does fill up when its special events going on in Chardon such as Maple Fest, or 4th of July. Overall I would recommend!
